Terms of Service

These terms explain how Omnitae works and what users can expect when they create resumes, use AI-assisted features, share resume links, or subscribe to a paid plan.

Using Omnitae

  • You are responsible for the information you add to your account, resumes, job descriptions, applications, shared links, and comments.
  • You should use Omnitae only for lawful resume, career, hiring, or client-service workflows.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resume, profile, job, application, and comment content you provide. Omnitae needs permission to store, display, process, export, and transmit that content only so the product can provide the features you request.

AI-assisted features

  • Omnitae may use configured AI providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or an internal NLP service, to complete user-requested resume workflows.
  • AI-generated suggestions, summaries, scores, cover letters, and rewritten bullets can be incomplete or inaccurate. Please review all AI output before using it in an application or sharing it with someone else.
  • Omnitae is a resume-building and job-search tool. It does not guarantee job interviews, hiring outcomes, ATS results, or legal, tax, immigration, career, or employment advice.

Subscriptions, trials, and renewals

  • Paid subscription checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe.
  • Subscription checkout currently includes a 14-day trial when Stripe checkout is configured that way.
  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • You can cancel through the billing portal. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, paid access continues until that period ends.

Credits and top-ups

  • Some AI features use credits. Monthly credits renew with the billing cycle and are spent before purchased credits.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains available, but they are tied to the account that purchased them.
  • Top-ups are one-time purchases for paid users. The number of credits granted by a top-up is shown in the product before checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel paid plans through the billing portal. Refund requests can be sent to support and are reviewed case by case, unless Omnitae publishes a more specific refund policy for a particular offer, jurisdiction, or billing issue.

Account deletion and service changes

You may delete your account from the security settings when the available account method supports it. Omnitae may update, pause, remove, or limit features when needed to maintain the service, protect users, comply with law, or manage abuse.

Business and governing terms

Omnitae operates Omnitae. The final legal entity and governing-law details are to be confirmed before public launch; required consumer protection laws may still apply regardless of the chosen governing-law language.
