Paid checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Subscription checkout currently includes a 14-day trial. You can cancel through the billing portal and keep paid access through the end of the current billing period.

Monthly AI credits reset each billing cycle and are spent before purchased credits. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains available.

Credit top-ups are one-time purchases for paid users. Refund questions can be sent to support and are reviewed case by case.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Building and editing your master resume, every template, font, color and layout, and unlimited PDF & DOCX downloads with no watermark are included on Free. No credit card required.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro keeps your single master resume and adds a monthly pool of AI credits (200 to start) that power tailoring against any job description, ATS keyword scoring with a gap list, the bullet rewriter and summary generator, and cover letter generation. It also unlocks unlimited bullet review runs and LaTeX export.

Who is the Writer plan for?

Writer is built for professionals who write and tailor resumes for clients. It adds unlimited master resumes, one for every client, and a larger monthly pool of AI credits (1,000 to start) so you can manage many people and career tracks from a single account.

How do AI credits work?

Pro and Writer include a monthly pool of AI credits that power features like tailoring, rewriting, summaries, and cover letters. If you run low in a given month, you can buy more. The Free plan does not include AI credits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel a paid plan whenever you like and you keep access through the end of your billing period. All of your resumes stay safe on the Free plan.

What file formats can I export?

Every plan exports clean PDF and DOCX files with no watermark. Pro and Writer add LaTeX export for full typographic control.
