Why Omnitae doesn't offer 'fun' resume templates
Resume templates should help recruiters read your experience quickly. Decorative designs often do the opposite.
Readable beats decorative
Many playful resume templates rely on sidebars, icon ratings, charts, text boxes, and unusual columns. Those elements can look memorable, but they also make important information harder to scan.
ATS systems prefer structure
Applicant tracking systems generally work best with predictable sections, clear headings, plain text, and a simple reading order. Highly designed templates can split related details apart or hide text inside layout elements that parse poorly.
Style should support the content
Omnitae templates still let you change fonts, spacing, and layout. The goal is polish without making the resume harder for a recruiter or screening system to understand.
